Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To request a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order ID and clear photos of the product.
- Our team will review the request within 1–2 business days.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used products
- Customized jewellery
- Products damaged after delivery
- Orders returned without prior approval
Refund Policy
After the returned product passes inspection:
- Refunds are initiated within 2 business days.
- The amount is credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery refunds are processed through bank transfer after collecting the customer’s bank details.
Exchange Policy
We currently provide exchanges only for:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product
- Manufacturing defect
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our mistake, Pearliana will bear the shipping cost.
For any other approved return, return shipping charges may apply.
